Baking at The Potsdam Consumer Food Co-op and Carriage House Bakery with Chris Affre

Winning bidders will get to spend some quality time at The Carriage House Bakery. They will receive insider information on how we create some of our most popular offerings, lots of hands on time as well. They will get an old world experience using our wood fired oven and something delicious to take home! We can accommodate up to six participants. The actual content of the workshop could vary depending on the interests of the participants. Time of the workshop will be determined after the auction.
