Current Record: Cooking School with George Arnold

The winner will have a hands-on cooking lesson (3 hours) based on their skill level and interest- be it desserts, soups, salads, sauces - whatever - or just culinary basics. We'll cook - then eat.

I'm an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef (c.e.c.) as well as a National Restaurant Association certified Food Management Professional (FMP). I've worked at SUNY Potsdam since 1981, where I served many years as the catering chef. I am currently the dining services director. _

I can take two winners, provided we can coordinate the time of the lesson.

The lesson will be held in Thatcher Hall kitchen at an evening or weekend day to be mutually selected. I'll provide ingredients, aprons & tools.
